Congratulations! You've created your own wiki-- now you need to link to it on the Using Wikis in the Classroom wiki.
Here's how to do that.
From the Assignment page, click on the link to Log In in the upper right hand corner. You will log in with the wiki-wide password "TLC".
Return to the Assignment page and click the Edit button at the top of the screen.
When you are in edit mode, move the cursor to the Submit Assignments Here area of the page (below the horizontal line).
You now have two options:
You can simply type the URL of your wiki, click the Save button and check that PBWiki has automatically turned the URL into a link. (ex. http://MyNewWiki.pbwiki.com)
Or
You can type the name of your wiki, highlight the text and click the Link button in the formatting toolbar. When the pop-up appears, choose URL from the Link type drop-down menu and enter the URL of your wiki in the space provided. Successful completion of this option will earn you a bonus point! (ex. My New Wiki)
Remember to check the wiki to make sure your links actually work! You should be able to click on the hyperlinked text and be transported instantly to your shiny new wiki. If that doesn't happen, go back into Edit mode and double check your work. You can make changes to a link by right clicking on the linked text-- select Edit Text from the dialog box that appears.
