Instructions for creating a new page in the Using Wikis in the Classroom wiki.

1. Log in to PBwiki (the Invite Key for this wiki is:  TLC)

2. Click the New Page box at the top or bottom of the wiki

3. Enter the name of your page (for simplicity's sake, give the page your own name)

4. Choose a template (or not-- it's up to you)

5. Click "Create New Page"

6. Populate your page with whatever you'd like!  Here's some suggestions

   • Tell us a little about yourself.

   • Change the color of your text

   • Change the background color of your page

   • Create a list with numbers or bullet points

   • Create a link to your favorite website

   • Insert an image

   • Separate parts of your page with a horizontal line

   • Pick a plugin or two and see what they do

7. Finally, create a link to your page on the SideBar so others can find your page.

    

   Only one user at a time can edit a single page (such as SideBar), so you may have to wait a moment or two before you can create a link to your page on SideBar.
